Exchange LSPro Pad

Hi there, I have a customer Shirley Moon who ordered a pad, and now wants to exchange it for the head pad. Do you all send a a lablel? She doesn’t have a printer. I think she wants to exchange it for the headpad, but she is still deciding. I was hoping to catch you now before I call her back so I know the process and my options.

I am trying to place my new product into the product registration and warranty section but when I attach the receipt it refuses to accept it. That is likely because this is a product you replaced that I received Jan. 13. There was no receipt with it I assume because it is a replacement pad for the fault pad I originally received. So I put in the October receipt for the original pad. How do I proceed to get the new on registered? And do you have instructions as well as a mailer for returning the faulty pad?
